The Best Guacamole Recipe
Servings 20 oz (18 servings)
- Approximately 1lb 2oz 500g Avocado flesh
- Juice of 1½ lemons
- 5 tablespoons sweet thai chilli sauce
- 1 cup of cilantro leaves picked washed and dried
- salt and pepper to taste
Place the avocado, lemon juice and sweet thai chilli sauce in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
Add the cilantro leaves and process for about another 30 seconds.
Add and adjust the seasoning processing for a few seconds after each addition.
