Soba Noodles with Nori Pesto and Salmon

soba buckwheat noodles

NORI PESTO

sliced smoked salmon

fries shallots
Instructions
Cook soba noodles according to instructions.
Drain the soba noodles, place into a mixing bowl and stir in the
NORI PESTO
.
Break up the smoked salmon into small pieces and stir through the soba noodles. Place into 4 bowls and sprinkle over fried shallots.
