How To Make Roast Pumpkin Chunks
Ingredients

pumpkin
about 2 ¼ lbs or 1kg peeled and roughly diced into 1” squares

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoon
cumin seeds

tablespoons
brown sugar
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
cracked black pepper
Instructions
Heat oven to 430 (220C)
Place pumpkin chunks into a baking tray and toss together with all the ingredients
Cook in oven for around 20-22 minutes, stirring the ingredients after half way.
