Herb Roasted Chicken Salad

Ingredients

handfuls lettuce leaves
2
carrots peeled and sliced into batons
⅓
of a cucumber cut into batons

200g feta cheese cubed

sun-dried tomatoes chopped

HERB ROASTED CHICKEN BREASTS

heaped tablespoons
ROAST GARLIC MAYO
salt and pepper

cup
toasted sunflower seeds
Instructions
Take a large mixing bowl and throw in the lettuce, carrots, cucumber, feta and sun-dried tomatoes.
Thinly slice the
HERB ROAST CHICKEN BREASTS
and add them to the bowl along with the
ROAST GARLIC MAYO.
Season with salt and pepper and toss the salad well.
Divide among 4 bowls and sprinkle over the sunflower seeds.
