Boil the chicken and allow to cool a bit before neatly shredding with your hands or with a fork. Set aside.
Place the melted butter in a frying pan and add the chopped bacon. Fry lightly until the bacon begins to produce fat. Now carefully place the shredded chicken in the pan. Allow to cook for between 2 to 3 minutes tops.
Add the sliced onion and chopped spinach into the pan. Allow a couple of minutes for the vegetable to soften.
Add the cream cheese unto the mix and continuously stir. Make sure ingredients are well blended.
