large carrot thinly sliced

handfuls lettuce leaves
salt and pepper

balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
Prepare the
ROAST PUMPKIN CHUNKS.
Place the lettuce in a large mixing bowl; add the pumpkin, feta and carrot.
Add the balsamic dressing, season and toss the salad.
