my ingredients came out to more of a cookie type batter??? filled tins appropriately - cooked for 15 min.. 350 ( oven temp has been checked so it is cooking at that temp.) and ended up having to cook another 10 mins - muffins did not come out nice and smooth on top like your picture..?? followed the recipe to the letter.. is there something missing from the recipe? Very disappointing.
