Ingredients
- 8 oz Thin Cut of Steak
- 8 oz Asparagus
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Spicy Lime Sauce
- ½ Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
- ½ teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Fry the asparagus in a pan over a medium heat for around 10 minutes, tossing to avoid burning it.
- Season your steak with salt and pepper and broil to your desired style then cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Add sriracha sauce, lime juice,vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl and gently whisk together while slowly adding the olive oil.
- Slice your steak into bite sized pieces, serve with the asparagus and drizzle the sauce over the top or use it as a dip.
