- ½ tablespoon Butter unsalted
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 tablespoon Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- ½ cup Diced Ham
- ¼ cup Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ cup Fresh Chives
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and brown the diced ham pieces.
- Beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper, then pour the mixture into the skillet and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until your desired texture.
- Mix in the cheddar and chives before serving.
