Ingredients
- ½ cup Coconut Flour
- ¼ cup Almond Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ⅔ cup Erythritol
- 6 large Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
- ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
- ½ cup Melted Butter
Instructions
- Crumble the following: Half cup of almond flour, 1 of pinch salt, 1 tablespoon erythritol sweetener, like Swerve, 2 tablespoons of softened butter. You can add a quarter cup of chopped pecans if you like
- Preheat your oven to 350F
- Get a donut pan and spray with nonstick spray
- Get a small or medium bowl and whisk the coconut flour, almond butter, cinnamon, sweetener, flax meal, nutmeg, and baking powder.
- Get a separate bowl and whisk the vanilla, eggs and melted butter to form a smooth paste.
- Pour both ingredients (dry and wet) and mix thoroughly until its combined
- Get a small bowl and stir the sweetener, salt and almond meal with butter
- Stir until the entire ingredient are thoroughly mixed
For the topping
- Spread the toppings on top of each donut and ensure it is evenly distributed
- Bake for about 15 min until the edges are brown
- Allow to cool and enjoy
