Ingredients
- ½ tablespoon Black Pepper
- ½ cup Spinach chopped
- 1 Chicken Breast boiled
- 1 slice Bacon chopped
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Cream Cheese
Instructions
- Boil the chicken and allow to cool a bit before neatly shredding with your hands or with a fork. Set aside.
- Place the melted butter in a frying pan and add the chopped bacon. Fry lightly until the bacon begins to produce fat. Now carefully place the shredded chicken in the pan. Allow to cook for between 2 to 3 minutes tops.
- Add the sliced onion and chopped spinach into the pan. Allow a couple of minutes for the vegetable to soften.
- Add the cream cheese unto the mix and continuously stir. Make sure ingredients are well blended.
- Add salt, black pepper, and the Italian seasoning to give extra flavor.
